At qbooke, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders within the USA.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive after the order has been shipped.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
qbooke is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping
